My training has included graduating in the top of my class from New York's Culinary Institute of America, Blue Hill at Stone Barns (San Pellegrino's 49th Best Restaurant in the World, featured on Netflix's Chef's Table), local legend Kevin Rathbun, and Zak Pelaccio's Fish and Game (2016 James Beard Best Chef North East).

My WEEKLY MEAL SERVICE provides you and your family with 3-5 dinners prepared with high caliber ingredients. The service is provided once a week in your own home, and meals will be packaged in glass containers for easy preparation.
